The National Bank of Georgia, together with Financial Education platform FinEdu, Junior Achievement Georgia, MBC and several commercial banks operating in the Georgian market, hosted a two-day innovation camp.

This year 's camp was dedicated to the challenges of financial education and its topic was "Innovations in Financial Education".

The event was held online and was attended by more than 100 young people aged 15 to 18 years.

Innovation Camp is a two-day event for intensive generation of ideas on the topic of financial education, where students work on specific business challenges and try to address these challenges using effective and innovative methods.

At the beginning of the project, the participants were given an educational lecture by the FinEdu team, during which the young people discussed the essence and importance of financial education. Next, they were given a situational task, which they worked on as a team during the day. Despite the limited time, students came up with interesting ideas. The participants were consulted by invited experts from the banking and financial sector.

Three experts were involved in the project from MBC, working intensively with teams in the areas of marketing, public relations and social media.

At the end of the event, the participating teams made presentations, on the basis of which a competent jury was able to identify the winning team. Eter Chachibaia, Operations Director of MBC was invited as a member of the jury.
The winners of the project and the participants of the event were given symbolic gifts and certificates (recognized in 123 countries).
