16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence

MBC joins the 16-day global campaign against gender-based violence.

As part of the campaign, companies that have signed the principles of women's empowerment, including MBC, are focusing on workplace harassment. To address these concerns, the United Nations Women's Organization in Georgia and the Office of the Public Defender of Georgia organized a special training for the workers of MBC.

The training was led by the representative of the Public Defender's Office, Ana Kvatchadze. The purpose of the training was goal was to raise the awareness of the company's employees on such topics as: gender equality and gender-related stereotypes, sexual harassment and ways to prevent it, mandate of the Public Defender.
