MBC has Introduced an SMS Service

MBC now gives customers an opportunity to use SMS service as well.

Through SMS service, the customers of the company will be able to quickly and easily, through short text messages, receive the necessary information about the company's services, their transactions or Microfinance Organization news.

SMS service will provide customers with the following information:

• Notification on the amount to be paid on the loan and / or credit card;
• Notification on overdue loan and / or credit card;
• Notification on cash deposit from Microfinance Organization cash desk or remote channels;
• Notification on cash withdrawal from Microfinance Organization cash desk;
• Information on the attracted loan interest;
• Notification on expiration of the attracted loan agreement.
• The SMS service automatically notifies customers of any news, promotions or other changes to MBC.
