Eter Chachibaia has been a member of the team of MBC since 2013. Her area of responsibility as Chief Operating Officer includes: Centralized back office, Call Center, Marketing, HR, PR and CSR, Logistics and Procurement, IT and CX. For many years Eter was employed by JSC Basisbank and HSBC-Bank Georgia in the field of operational, retail and corporate services.

In addition, at various times, she has been active in international organizations and the non-governmental sector.

Eter has a Master's degree in International Economics.
